Ken is a micro-baker (by which we mean he bakes in the E.H.A certified kitchen in his home) and he sells at farmers markets local to him in Donaghadee, Co Down.
He bakes both traditional breads using bakers yeast and sourdough breads using wild yeasts. His full range includes French white sourdough, Fennel,coriander,raisin and orange zest sourdough, Rye with seeds and spices and Sweet potato sourdough.
