Susan O’Sullivan is the owner of this cafe and bakery on the Long Mile Road.
In her words:
We started making our brown bread special and it is now a spiced courgette bread.
We recently fitted a deck oven and are now merrily making cons and sourdough focaccia etc., for use in the cafe and for sale.
Our bakery is very small we are in the old open cafe kitchen which has moved to a bigger space in the cafe.
