Flour and Water, Skibbereen

This is a new bakery based on 50 Bridge Street in Skibbereen which was set up in Jan 2021 by Tessa Doevenspeck and Janette Valente who previously had a food business in Dublin 8.

In their words:

We do a range of 100% slow fermented sourdoughs with no added commercial yeast or fillers. We also do a range of laminated pastries like plain and almond croissant, morning buns and savoury danish. Along with fresh fruit tarts, brownies etc
