Jeremiche is a micro baker based in Galway (obviously ;-)) and has a full sourdough range.
He also makes brioche, plain pain viennois’ish, brioche suisse (also known as pepito), creme patissiere with raisins to make his version of escargots and cinnamon brioche.
From Jeremy: Starter is available in Badger & Dodo Fairgreen Road. People can come with their own container and take 150gr out of it.
