Strudel Bakery, Dun Laoghaire

This business started in 2016 in the city and moved to a retail unit in Dun Laoghaire – 105 Patrick Street.

They always offer white and whole grain sourdoughs.

From Tibor: We only use flour, salt and water in our basic white loaf, we do wholemeal variations as well but apart from the brown soda bread all of our breads are made with the traditional method, no yeast or preservatives are used.
