I make artisan sourdough breads using only my sourdough starter to ferment. All my breads are long fermented overnight and baked fresh every day. I want to make different weekly flavoured breads using a multitude of ingredients and flours from different sources.
People can order through my social media accounts and email. I make 2 types of Sourdough, baguettes, ciabatta and a weekly special that changes weekly.
