All our Sourdoughs are made with natural wild yeast. Our breads can be found in Organic Shops around North of Inishowen, Cafe’s and Deli’s.

Country Sourdough
INGREDIENTS:
* Organic wheat flour,
* Organic wholemeal wheat flour,
* wild yeast sourdough starter,
* sea salt.

50% Rye Sourdough
INGREDIENTS:
* Organic wheat flour,
* Organic wholegrain rye flour,
* wild yeast sourdough starter,
* honey, sea salt.

Spelt and Honey Sourdough
INGREDIENTS:

* Organic wheat flour,
* Organic wholemeal spelt flour,
* wild yeast sourdough starter,
* honey, sea salt,
* seeds: (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed)
