Ronnie Blake runs Belle’s Kitchen which is located near the Pier area which leads down to Rathmullan beach, harbour and small marina and is a modern restaurant serving high quality local produce, cooked with pride and attention to detail. They also bake bread 🙂
In his words: Our breads are a majority of sourdough based breads we use only local Donegal spring water living close the the beach we believe the salt and air helps improve the mother dough also we use seaweeds as an inclusion in mother dough to add different levels of culture our breads
You can buy their breads in house in their cafe, other cafes in the locality ,vans, markets and shops around the Letterkenny are ie the counter or Sonder cafe.
