Once upon a time The Sourdough Guy (Peter Gamble) set up a new micro bakery and really enjoyed it. Time came for a change for the better and now he is with us, together with Xenia as co-founder and bakers in Blossom Bakery.

Blossom Artisan Bakery is the name. It’s in Ballymun and is serving fresh real bread, pastries and specialty coffee!
Country sourdough made with organic wholemeal spelt flour form Oak Forest Mills, seeded malt sourdough and a weekly changing special. I also do baguettes, batch and Swiss Zoph bread.
Everything can be bought in our shop in Ballymun, located at Buddy’s Farmers Market – D11 RPC9
