Spawning in the basement of Canteen Paul Williams has since taken their bakery and given it a standalone identity The Bread Shop which is a cafe and organic sourdough bakery based in Limericks Milk Market.
We have been making since Riot Rye reduced production and Joe then trained us to make our own sourdough.
You can get our breads from the cafe and from the Urban Coop. We only use Shipton Mill Organic Flour.
