Country White Sourdough

Wholemeal Sourdough
Made with wholemeal flour for a heartier crumb and deeper nutty flavours. Packed with fibre and robust taste, it’s more rustic than the white version while retaining the signature sourdough texture.
Spelt Sourdough
Crafted from spelt flour, this loaf is slightly sweeter and more easily digestible than traditional wheat sourdough. It offers a tender crumb with gentle nutty notes.
Malted Sourdough
Featuring malted flour, this loaf has a richer malt flavour, darker colour, and slightly denser crumb—yet maintains all-natural ingredients.
Cranberry & Walnut Sourdough
Vivid and flavourful, this loaf combines tart cranberries and crunchy walnuts with wild yeast fermentation, resulting in a chewy but soft crumb dotted with fruit and nuts.
Blueberry & Lemon Sourdough

Tomato & Basil Sourdough
