We have worked with mastering real sourdough for about 2 years. We bake our real bread in our cafe flower&bean from scratch using rye starter. We don’t sell many loaves, but we use it in our brunches. It’s always a lovely combination of fresh bread and seasonal ingredients beloved by our customers.
