Emily is the Head of Bread here in Fumbally and in her words:
Currently the Head of Bread at The Fumbally. Both my aim and that of the Fumbally is to be including as much wholegrain as we can into each of our breads as well as cakes, cookies, scones and pastries.
Our real bread (including the sourdough Fumbally Loaf) contains a mix of Wildfarmed T65 and T150 as well as a Dutch wholewheat and some wholegrain rye from Kells.
You can purchase their breads in both the Fumbally (Fumbally Lane, The Liberties, D08 HFF2) in the Hopsack Health Food Store in Rathmines.
