Gra Pizza, Kildare

Ryan Lally operates in a couple of locations in Kildare (Maynooth and Celbridge) and in his own words:

All my dough is naturally fermented using only flour water and salt. I strive to use local, organic flour where possible from oak forest mills. I operate from a mobile horse box serving pizza from a wood fired oven.
