Hapi Bakery, Galway

Tennille is the bread baker in this micro-bakery in Galway City which is a sister business of Kai Galway.

They make their sourdough with a mix of Wholemeal and strong flour and their starter is a combination of rye flour and strong flour.

Right now they sell in Kai restaurant, Ernie’s shop, Plamas cafe and Sambos in Fairhill cafe.
