The owner of Lekker in Thomastown, Co Kilkenny is Ashika Kuar and in her words:
All our bread are kneaded and shaped by hand. We want to offer a unique experience by trying out new flavours and different shape. We have a base of bread that we offer everyday (baguette, Sourdough Loaf, Kombucha) and a bread of the day with a different, sometimes unusual flavour. All our bread contains at least 15% of Sourdough starter and are fermented for a minimum of 15h. We sourced our flours from Kells Wholemeal down the road from us (less than 10km).
