Alexander Jaromin is the baker here in Mortons and he does a variety of both sourdough and non sourdough breads.
For both Sourdough September and also throughout the year they are providing starters in 200g containers in shop. Just ask shop assistants 😉. A recipe for a sourdough is also there for you.
