Glen MacPherson is the baker behind this new business in Roscommon.
On his breads he says “I make traditional French breads with my sourdough that travelled with me from England, through Eastern Europe and eventually settling here with me. My favourite is and always has been a traditional baguette. It is pure, basic, soul food. Real depth of flavour, beautiful crunch and chew.”
You can get his breads and pastries direct through Facebook or Instagram, delivered locally or collected in Castlerea. A website is under construction.
