Cory is the head baker here in their base in Ballycummin in Limerick.
In his words: We provide an array of sourdough breads, white, brown, seeded, olive and rosemary, cranberry and rosemary, fig and walnut with aniseed, jalapeño and cheese, sun dried tomato and spring onion, cheese & onion, rye, spelt, traditional baguettes, and occasionally do soda bread, focaccia and other seasonal stuff.
Our shop is in Ballycummin village in Raheen, open Thursday-Sunday
