I make sourdough flatbreads from my rye starter and with strong white flour. It is similar to Pizza in how it is cooked but topped and served with differently. I serve it with Shakshuka for example or top with mushrooms and smoked cheddar. Always changing, but always sourdough,
I do also use my discard to make sourdough pancake.
