The Foodie Forum is a an interactive one day experience which will showcase the abundance and variety of food on offer in Ireland and in particular along the West Coast. It is happening next Tuesday.
As part of the day Patrick Ryan from Firehouse Bakery is doing a two hour fermentation demo and he will also be talking about Real Bread Ireland. Timetable here.
