Location available: From our shop in Donabate.

How to order or purchase: We are open as usual, Tuesday to Friday 7am until 4pm and Saturday 7am to 3pm. However if we sell out we may close earlier so would recommend if you will arrive after 12 that you call.

For your safety: All breads are packaged. We are following FSAI Guidelines strictly and are limiting customer numbers in the shop at any one time.

This bakery in North Dublin is owned by Johnathan Bermingham and Michelle and this is what he has to say “We produce a selection of sourdoughs as well as continental and traditional breads. Our breads are made with only organic flour, salt, water and yeast”

Sourdough September 2018

Message us the day before on Facebook and we will have it available to collect the following day. Available from September 4th, Tuesday – Saturday.

We will run a competition for the best home baked sourdough. We will judge at the bakery on Sunday 30th and have a Q & A session. Details in the bakery.
