Blazing Salads 100% Rye Sourdough makes a return to our shelves after a number of years hiatus.

Made using it’s original starter, first brought to life here in our deli some time around 2000. This true 100% Rye Sourdough, being made exclusively using only naturally fermented organic stone-ground rye flour water and salt has been kept going by Joe Fitzmaurice, firstly through Blazing Salads deli on to Blazing Salads Bread Co, through Riot Rye Bakehouse and Bread School and now finally back to us here at Blazing Salads.

A lovely light soft texture we ferment this sourdough to have a mild whist complex flavour and has great keeping qualities.
