This bakery in Galway was set up by Francis Devane in Autumn 2022 and these are his words:
We scratch hand make white and brown Country Sourdoughs, deck baked and tinned. We also produce sourdough sandwich loaves, Irish Sodas and a range of European styled breads, Focaccias, Baguettes, Ciabatta, Babka’s etc. We’re just opened so growing slowly is our aim. Oh and we use wood pellets to run our deck oven, heat our water etc!
People can collect at the bakery here in Drumgriffin, Corrandulla and we are going to stock the local CostCutters store in Corrandulla but not with all our products. We will be creating a stockists list as it is established. Give us a call and we’ll try our best to get good bread to you!!
