Francine Thurnheer is baking for at least 3 years now in Ballydehob, West Cork and in her words I bake artisan breads made with minimal ingredients. I don’t use commercial yeast in my sourdough.
Her bread is available from Camiers of Ballydehob. Spar service station, Cork Rd, Skibbereen. Drinagh Co-OP, Aughadown and she also do a weekly pop up shop on Wednesday’s at Levis’ Bar, Ballydehob.
