In her words: “We are a tiny bakehouse here in Northern Ireland with passion for healthy foods for everyone; therefore, Our products are #cultured (#fermented, #sourdough, #naturallyleavened), fully or mostly #organic, #freerange (happy and free roaming hens, yay!) and sourced locally when possible.
We use Sea Salt, Organic Flour and Filtered Water. That’s it. Our Sourdoughs are as natural as they can be. No nastiness or chemicals. Naturally leavened as any sourdough should be.”
