Lough Hyne Cottage Bread

Steven Grant finished his bread oven in April 2021 so he has only just started baking:-)

In his words: We bake traditional leavened sourdough bread in an Alan Scott designed wood fired oven. All of our bread uses organic flour and is mixed and baked I only the traditional way.
