Dun was set up in June 2021 by Fergal and Cat and in their words
“We are a small Sourdough Artisan Bakery, that specialises in naturally leavened breads and pastries. Handcrafted Wild fermented breads with Organic, Irish and local flours, using only flour, salt ,water and time. Our Bread menu changes weekly, so as we can create and explore.”
