Mark Gillanders and Michael Rafferty are the founders of this business based in Monaghan and these are Mark’s words:
We produce flour from wheat grain grown on our own farms in Co. Monaghan. Our stoneground fully organic strong plain flour is very suitable for producing 100% Irish grown and milled sourdough bread.
We also have a pizza flour suitable for sourdough pizzas We do coarse and fine wholemeal flour As well as semolina.
All of which is 100% organic, No conventional grain is processed in our mill. Our range comes in 1kg retail bags 5kgs and 25kg Web and bakery sizes.
