In our small, delivery-only bakery, we serve both breads and sweet treats. Our top seller of course is our sourdough, which takes two days to make. Using our own starter which was developed over the initial Covid lockdown, Clint Yeastwood, we produce sourdough using the simplest of ingredients; flour (both strong and wholemeal), water, our sourdough starter and sea salt. You can’t beat an all-natural loaf.
We also offer terrible food puns, but that’s a whole other story.
We currently offer a weekly weekend-only delivery service to the greater Waterford area, posting small, fresh menus each midweek on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
