This is a new micro bakery based in Lismore Co. Waterford and specialising in sourdough bread and pastries. The bakery is run by Pablo Berriel and Lucy O’Hanrahan, they are from Uruguay and Lismore respectively.
In their words: “All our breads are real breads handmade by us. They are naturally leavened using a sourdough starter and go through a long fermentation process. Our breads contain nothing more than flour, water and a pinch of salt. We don’t use any plastic packaging in our bakery and use locally sourced products wherever possible. “
“Our real breads are available by coming to the bakery which is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday or on our website for click and collect.
