Welcome to Janice Casey in An Grianan, the ICA cookery school who does bread and pastry courses 4 times a year.

They also sell sourdough to their guests on Sundays 🙂

Janice on her breads that she uses in her cooking demos: Strong seeded little mill flour, water, strong white flour, Connemara seaweed, foraged ingredients usually gorseflower, thistle, wild garlic, hawthorn, mulberry anything I find while out foraging.
