Ballymaloe Cookery School, Cork

Within the Cookery School they have a separate project run by Rory Allen which is the Ballymaloe Bread Shed. The Bread Shed produces sourdough, baguettes and white yeast loaves for the Farm Shop at Ballymaloe Cookery  School only. We then also sell breads through some Cork Based NeighbourFood Markets.

Sourdough September 2020

We are running two demonstrations on Friday 11th and Fri 25th September from 2.30- 4.30pm where you will be shown how to make sourdough and your own starter. Booking is essential and it is €75 for the class. Contact them via the website above or on Facebook.
