Crean’s Place, Kildare

Jason Hogan offers a variety of sourdoughs made from flours grown and milled in Ireland. In his words “We bake real sourdough bread made with Irish flour, Irish sea salt, water, wild yeast, and a lot of time.”

His breads are available from the market square in Kildare Town (12-2 every other Sunday) and are part of NeighbourFood Kildare market (Thursdays). You can also order from them directly – please check Jason’s social media for our weekly menu.
