In her words “We bake a large selection of artisan sourdough bread from our bakery in Carrickmacross. Available from Tuesday to Saturday. We produce white sourdough, wholemeal, spelt, rye, malt, seeded, fruit, sweet and savory breads.
All handmade and stone baked after 72 hours ferment. We sell directly from our bakery in Carrickmacross. Also available in The Local, Monaghan town. All other stockists unfortunately are on hiatus during Covid19″
