Noisette Artisan Bakery, Rush

Vaarsha and Jeremy both worked with other members of Real Bread Ireland and have now set up their own bakery in Rush, Co Dublin. In their words:

Our bread are 100% sourdough (no commercial yeast) using only organic flour and Irish flour where possible. Our process takes 48h from mixing to baking. We also make baguettes, ciabatta, focaccia and all type of pastries. 

We are hoping to open our shop very shortly. We have been selling our products at Skerries Mills market and to regulars via deliveries.
